ZOOM
ZOOM video meetings allows up to 300 participants on a standard meeting. This is available to Carolina faculty, staff, and students at no cost. For more information, visit: https://software.sites.unc.edu/zoom/.
*IMPORTANT: Be sure to tell attendees to MUTE their microphone when they are not contributing to the presentation. Any noise a microphone picks up will transmit that noise to the group and may change the screen view of everyone on the video meeting to the source screen of the noise.
**NOTE: You do not need to use the video function to attend a ZOOM session. You can attend with audio only.
